Our challenge this week at Sugar Creek Hollow is to make a vintage Easter card. I combined quite a few elements this week to create my card. I've used two images from Sugar Creek Hollow -- Easter Wishes egg and the Dogwood branch.
I printed the Dogwood three times, colored it, and cut it out. Then, I layered it around the sentiment image, which is placed on a Nestability cut out. The finishing embellishments are Stampin Up satin ribbon and Basic Grey pearls. The paper is from Once Upon a Springtime by Graphic 45, and the cardstock is Chocolate Chip and Pink Pirouette from Stampin' Up.
If you would like to play along with us this week, please find more samples and details and upload your card HERE. Thanks for stopping by today!

Nancy, your bg paper looks like vintage wallpaper and love the embossing on your diecut. The dogwoods make this such a beautiful Easter card and your coloring is gorgeous. What a beautiful card for someone.

I love how you have the multiple dogwood branches framing the egg. Very pretty. You chose the perfect matte for behind the egg too. Beautiful card.
This is a gorgeous card Nancy! I love the dimension you gave the flowers and how they encircle the sentiment image. Beautiful with the background paper too.
Hugs,
Sharon
