Today we have a Monday challenge that is really fun--using 3 or more layers! You can see some of my layers, but some are a little more subtle. I paper pieced and popped up the signs and the turtle's head in my card. In addition, I also used the sketch from this week's Sweet Sunday Sketch.
Welcome to this wonderful Wednesday at Flutter By Wednesdays!! We have a challenge for you that will not only help with your card making but give you an opportunity to help others! That sounds like a great idea, doesn't it?
Hello party people!! It's Tuesday, and we're here to party again with you this week! Our challenge is to find that bling, that sparkle, that full on glitter at the end of your rainbow! We all know that we are seriously swayed by sparkle, so come to the party and plaster it on your cards!
We have two choices for fun this week at Party Time Tuesdays--a color combo and a photo inspiration! You can choose one or both if you would like this week. I have chosen to do both, and I have the adorable Breezy from Paper Pretties to share with you today! He is a cutie, and I've worked with him before! In addition, we are being sponsored by Digital Delights this week. And, don't forget there are always prizes to be had at the party! Join us!
If you would like to join us this week at Party Time Tuesdays, please see the photo and color combination pictured above. You can upload your cards HERE! Thanks for stopping by today!

...to fall in love today! And, not to mention that today is actually "Save the Eagles Day," so we have a bird themed week for you! This little lovely is called Birds Couple from The Paper Shelter...they have such adorable digi stamps...you have to check them out! I always think of Cardinals and Blue Jays as polar opposites, so I decided to have them fall in love on my card! And, I carried it over into the colors that I incorporated into the card!
Happy New Year to all of our Flutter By Wednesday fans! Thank you so much for sticking with us during the month of December while we had a little break! Thank you also for playing along in our month-long challenge on the FBW blog! Our challenge this week is Anything Goes, and you can play along HERE. We have a PRETTIE awesome birthday today!! Taylor Usry is having a birthday, and we are celebrating it the Paper Pretties way...with a blog hop! Taylor, have a very happy birthday! We hope you enjoy your day and all of these lovely cards.

Welcome to another fabulous week at Party Time Tuesday! We have some amazing sponsors, and I was able to incorporate two stamps into my project for this week -- Gilli and Creative Vision. They are both awesome stamp companies! My paper is My Mind's Eye, and the cardstock colors are Early Espresso, Blushing Bride, and Close to Cocoa. I colored Spa Gilli with Copic markers and finished off with both border punches and Nestabilities!

I have used the above sketch from the Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #134 for my card today!

It's a wonderful Wednesday at Flutter By Wednesday this week because we get to use my favorite things -- dies and punches! I don't know what I would do without all of them. In fact, I wish I had invented the concept! If you would like to join us this week, please visit HERE and don't forget to include a butterfly, fairy or angel on your creation!

You may need your sunglasses for this little gem...it is really busy and really bright! Our theme this week at Paper Pretties is to convey the lazy days of summer, and I think this little guy is summing it up quite nicely! I love reading in the summer, and I can't seem to get enough of books lately! So, I hope this will inspire you all to pick up a book that you have been dying to read and take some time for yourself!! The sentiment is also included with the image along with some others that you could use for multiple occasions. Check them out HERE.
I was so excited to use this spectacular image from The Stamping Boutique, our FBW sponsor this week! It is called Swan Song! Isn't it gorgeous? My daughter said it looked like Swan Lake! Our challenge is open this week at Flutter By Wednesday -- just don't forget a fairy, butterfly, or angel on your creation! If you would like to join us this week, please visit HERE for more details and to upload your card!
I have a double header for you today at Party Time Tuesdays! We have some amazing sponsors this month at Party Time Tuesdays, and they are all listed below. However, I'm a bit partial to Paper Pretties, as you can imagine! The above card features a sepia card topper from Charlie's Ark, which is connected to Flower Soft. They are absolutely gorgeous images, and I used a tutorial from Flower Soft to just add watercolor pops of color to the image. The tutorial can be found HERE. The paper used in the above card is from one of our sponsors this month...The Robin's Nest. They totally spoiled us with amazing double-sided paper and great embellishments!
In the above card, I used my Dienamics dies from MFT, and I just love them!! I used a bit of Very Vanilla craft ink to whiten up the edges. I still can't find my Whisper White craft ink...it must be lost somewhere with all of my socks!! I used pastels from Stampin' Up to give a little color to my background with Tommy flying his kite. The sentiment is from Woodware USA.
This week we have a choice between a patriotic color combo or a patriotic theme. I chose the color combo, and it so reminds me of summer! I used the fun set from Woodware USA called Sail Away, and my sentiment is from another Woodware USA set -- Ted in the Garden.
