Welcome to the party!! This is our 51st challenge at Party Time Tuesdays, and we are celebrating birthdays this week! So, bring out your birthday projects and cards and join us this week HERE! We have a wonderful sponsor this week -- Stampendous! They furnished us with a clear set of stamps, and I was able to get back into my vintage groove a bit this week! The set is aptly called Time Flies, and we were also given color fragments (mine in sage). It was fun to figure out a way to showcase them.
I built my card around the sage colored fragments, and I used it as sort of a ribbon of fragments. To adhere them, I simply ran a line of Crystal Effects from Stampin' Up across the paper. I poured it on and shook off the excess. Voila!
