Sugar Creek Hollow Sensational Saturday - Feature Digi

This week we at Sugar Creek Hollow are featuring one digital image -- this wonderful birdhouse! Today, I have distressed the image and used Copic markers to color it. In addition, I've used a Nestie heart for the background and used up a ton of small ribbon scraps! I always hate to throw anything away, so this was the perfect opportunity to use up even my smallest scraps! It gave it some nice texture. In order for the Nestability heart to show up, I used my white gel pen to add some stitching!

AWESOME +!! Great idea for the ribbon scraps, being a pack rat at heart, this is a clever idea, one that I will take heart to! Speaking of "heart", just look at what you have done with this nestie, it look perfect behind you birdhouse, whatever that background paper is,it is wonderful; the red stitching is a genius accent! Lovely, beautiful card!!

This is fabulous Nancy. I love the drama the red heart and ribbons provide behind the subtle blue of the birdhouse. Quite stunning!
