Sugar Creek Hollow - Glory to God in the Highest

... and peace to His people on Earth. This wonderful digital image is available at Sugar Creek Hollow, and you can find it HERE. It is such an amazing work of art!

We were challenged to use a new technique this week called Faux Barn Board. You can find a tutorial HERE in case you haven't tried it!! I had some oopsies with it, but I think it turned out fairly well considering!

I kept my card simple today so that the image would truly shine forth. It was drawn by a young woman in Poland, and she did a spectacular job!

We are getting into the Christmas spirit and looking forward to this advent season! Blessings to you all!

Nancy, you have showcased this image well. The die cut tage is the perfect compliment to the DP and layout of your card.

You're right Nancy, sometimes less is more! This is so simple yet beautiful. It seems a little masculine with your muted earth tones. You should enter it in the Cards for Men challenge this week. The theme is Christmas cards for men.

Nancy, you have said it perfectly; with this image "everything" pales to the elegance of "Baby Jesus". You barn wood is beautiful but subtle which makes the image show up even better. I know whoever receives this is receiving a work of love and faith. Breathtaking card!
