Woodware USA Challenge #21 - Monochromatic

These flowers remind me of my pansies out front! We planted them back in the fall, and I really thought they were toast during the colder months (and a few snowfalls), but they are gorgeous and thriving now. Paper Pretties: Stamps with a Cause!!

Hello! It's Sunday, and we have had glorious weather here in NC! My parents were visiting on their way from Myrtle Beach to home, and they left this morning. Meredith and I were a little sad, but she gets her sentimentality from me (lucky her!). I have a cute little clean and simple (CAS) card for you today. FBW148 Butterflies, Buttons, and Bows, Oh My!!

There is a whole lot going on with this card, but there is no stamping!! I knew what I wanted to do with this challenge this week -- buttons and bows -- but I wasn't exactly sure that the vision in my head would translate to paper. Well, I'm pleased with the way it turned out. I hope you all will enjoy it, too! Sugar Creek Hollow - Stitchin' up a storm!

Happy Saturday everyone! I finally have my computer back, so I am getting back into my crafting groove!! Hopefully you are all doing well! Our challenge this week is to use stitching on our cards. Well, the sewing machine was buried, so I decided to use faux stitching with my gold pen. I created an echo stitch around the outside of my card. Don't forget that March is still anniversary month at Sugar Creek Hollow--we still have the naming of an image contest coming up.
