FBW173 Partying with TGF and PMS!!

Welcome to another awesome week at Flutter By Wednesday! We are continuing Danni's birthday celebration all month long, and we have two amazing sponsors this week: Paper Makeup Stamps and The Greeting Farm. Some really heavy hitters this week! You don't want to miss this and the prizes are awesome!! If you would like to join us, please visit HERE and upload your card! Don't forget that your card must have a butterfly, angel, or fairy on it. The theme is Anything Goes, so whatever your heart desires!

My card today is using one of my all-time favorite TGF stamps -- Flutter Anya! She is still so adorable! I colored her with Copics and cut her out. She is mounted on the following papers: Cheerful Treat DSP, Lucky Limeade, Melon Mambo, and Pink Pirouette cardstock, all by Stampin' Up! The ribbon is also from Stampin' Up. The sentiment is a combination of two sets from Woodware USA -- Jane's Script and Ribbon Banners!

Thanks for stopping by today! Have a wonderful Wednesday!

I have always been a crafter. I enjoy making fun, silly, sassy handmade cards, scrapbook pages, and fun art projects for my friends and family to give as gifts. Creative Clear Stamps started as a solution to my own stamping needs. I had searched the web looking for fun themed stamp sets, but few portrayed my personality, sense of humor, and special interests. In 2004 I went back to school, and earned a degree in Graphic Design and Desktop Publishing (one of the best things I have ever done for myself ). I worked as a freelance graphic designer under the name Creative Vision for a few years before I decided to start my own line of clear stamps. In early 2008, after many hours behind the computer and away from my craft room, the very first stamp sets were born.

I am very excited to finally be able to share my creative vision with you! Inside my store you will find unique themed stamp sets not found anywhere else. My creative stamps are sure to inspire your scrap booking and card making creativity. All of the stamps are made in the USA from a premium photopolymer, which is similar to acrylic only higher in quality and will make a wonderful addition to your current rubber stamping supplies.

One winner will receive a Creative Vision Clear Stamp set!

Thanks so much to our fabulous sponsors for letting the Party Planners showcase your products!

Hello Flutter By Wednesday fans!! I'm so happy that you are back for another week in our month-long birthday celebration! Remember that all of the challenges are open this month -- just don't forget your butterflies, fairies and angels on your cards! I only own one stamp from Susana...can you believe that? And, here this little cutie is! I had to add a butterfly...thank goodness I remembered! The paper is Love Me Do from My Mind's Eye, and the card stock is both Basic Black and Daffodil Delight from Stampin' Up. The sentiment is from a Woodware USA set called Ribbon Banners. I love that new set...one of my current faves! The image is colored with Copic markers, and I've used this wonderful red, textured ribbon to set things off!

Paper Pretties Monday Whatnots -- in a "league" of our own!

2nd post today...please scroll down for my Woodware USA post!
This cute little guy is the latest release from ARTish for Paper Pretties, and he is called Alley Gator!! My sister's boyfriend owns a bowling alley, so when I told her about this particular image, she was so excited! I believe I know who will be the recipient of this card! Our challenge this week was to use buttons on our project, and I immediately knew that I had to have black buttons that looked as close to bowling balls as I could! It's amazing how much I had to dig to find two black buttons that matched!

Anywho...here is my project for today! I'm quite pleased with how the layout turned out and the paper is from Stampin' Up (Riding Hood Red, Early Espresso, Chocolate Chip, and Bella Rose DSP). I used my Nestabilities to cut the circle and scalloped circle and Stampin' Up punches to highlight the sentiment. The ribbon is also from Stampin' Up. The image is colored with Copic markers.

Thanks for stopping by today...enjoy the rest of your Monday!

Woodware USA Challenge #44 - A Sketch!!

Just another Manic Monday, and I'm raring to go!! Crazy, busy week ahead, but I have some fun cards to slow the pace a bit! Today, we have a sketch from Woodware USA, and it is a fun shaped card!! If you would like to adapt and attach the circular shape to a square card, that would be just fine! Upload your cards HERE and play along with us this week!

I made a very simple card this week, and I used a sentiment with these wonderful Ribbon Banners! They are the perfect accent or focal point to any card. I had a little issue with my cutter at the top, but I made it work. Sometimes, it is the simplest things that confound you! The card stock is Kraft and Chocolate Chip from Stampin' Up, and the designer paper is called Ooo La La by My Mind's Eye. I used the Creative Memories circle cutting system to make the card, and the scalloped shape is Nestabilities. The small circles are punched with an SU punch, and the ribbon is crinkled in the background...not sure where in my travels I acquired that!

Thanks for stopping by today...can't wait to have you play along!

In addition, we have a wonderful guest joining us this week at FBW -- Amy Young! Please pop on over and say hi to her!!

I have used the above sketch from the Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #134 for my card today!
********************

On a personal note -- I have to apologize and explain my absence of late. In the immediate few days, I've been fighting an awful cold, and it seems to cloud everything. Being supermom is the only thing I've been able to somewhat maintain! LOL! This past summer and now early fall, I have been heavily involved with my daughter's school on their PTO Board. While I absolutely love volunteering, it has consumed a lot of my time and energy. In addition, I'm a Girl Scout leader to a troop of 16 girls, and of course, that is ramping up as well! So, please bear with me as I navigate this new normal. I feel busier now than I did when I was working full time!! Who would have thought...

Paper: Sugar Rush by Basic Grey; Rose Red and Close to Cocoa by SU
